This spacious and remodeled home has a brand new private pool + hot tub and comes fully stocked with beach gear, boards, games, and a 6-seater golf cart. This home is located steps away from a deeded beach access and offers easy access to all the dining and attractions of Miramar Beach and Destin.

✹ This steps from the beach home was completely remodeled from 2022-2024!
✹ Private heated pool: A brand new private, heated pool + hot tub. Unlike other nearby rentals, heating the pool is free! Around the pool, there are lounge chairs, mood lighting, and a large gas grill - your private oasis!
✹ Golf cart included: A 6-seater golf cart is included with your reservation. This home is located near Scenic Gulf Drive, a low speed, golf-cart friendly street with tons of restaurants and attractions.
✹ Fully stocked property: Upgraded beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, 2 paddleboards available upon request, cornhole set, beach wagon), arcade game, and more!

Longboard Oasis is located in Miramar Beach and features wide sidewalks for walking and biking and offers easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!
Many restaurants are within walking distance (or a short golf cart ride away!) including:
✹ Pompano Joes, Whales Tail, Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli's Kitchens, Cabana Cafe (open late!), Royal Palm Grille and Beach Bar, and Surf Hut
✹ Seascape Town Center is ~1 mile away: 2 Birds Cafe, Acme Oyster House, Mezcal Mexican Grill, Moo La-La, Thrills Arcade and Laser Tag
✹ Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 2 miles away: loads of shopping and dining including Carrabba's, Big Bad Breakfast, and over 50 outlet shops!

✹ No smoking
✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. If you want the peace of mind, I highly recommend purchasing the optional travel insurance at the time of booking. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

By booking, guest(s) acknowledges that use of this home and the amenities within and on the property may have potential risks if improperly used, particularly in regards to children, and such use is entirely at the guest(s) own risk and responsibility.
