Welcome to H2O Living! This spacious and fully-remodeled home is professionally designed, offers partial Gulf views, is steps from the community's 2.5 acre - 2,000 foot private beach (the largest in the area!), features a new private pool and hot tub (coming in November 2026) and a game room with 4 arcade games, shuffleboard and foosball tables. H2O Living is located within the gated, amenity-rich Maravilla Beach Resort with two community pools (one heated), large hot tub, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, easy access to all the dining and attractions of Miramar Beach and Destin, and best of all, the largest private beach in the area!

✹ Private pool & hot tub: The new pool and hot tub coming in November 2026. Unlike other nearby rentals, heating the pool is free! Around the pool, there are lounge chairs and a large gas grill.
✹ Private beach access: H2O Living is 400 feet from the Maravilla's 2.5 acre, 2,000 foot wide private beach (the largest in the area!)

✹ Free beach chair service: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (in-season March 1 - October 31) are setup daily with your name on them!

H2O Living is located in the private, gated Maravilla Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, and features wide sidewalks for walking and biking plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

✹ Pompano Joes, Captain Dave's, Kenny D's, Whales Tail, Bad Ass Coffee, and Pascalli's Kitchen are all within 1 mile away
✹ Cabana Cafe (open late!), Royal Palm Grille and Beach Bar, and Surf Hut are all within 2 miles away
✹ Seascape Town Center is ~2 miles away: 2 Birds Cafe, Acme Oyster House, Mezcal Mexican Grill, Moo La-La, Thrills Arcade and Laser Tag

✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ No golf carts - unfortunately, golf carts are not allowed in the Maravilla community.
✹ HOA does not permit RVs, trailers, or campers.
✹ HOA does not permit 10x10 pop up beach tents.
✹ Dog friendly! 2 dogs maximum, less than 30 pounds, please keep your dogs off the furniture, $100 pet fee is required.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. If you want the peace of mind, I highly recommend purchasing the optional travel insurance at the time of booking. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

By booking, guest(s) acknowledges that use of this home and the amenities within and on the property may have potential risks if improperly used, particularly in regards to children, and such use is entirely at the guest(s) own risk and responsibility.
