Welcome to Costal Kiss'd! This spacious, front row, remodeled home offers unobstructed views of white sandy beaches and the crystal-clear waters of the Emerald Coast. This home is located within the gated, amenity-rich Maravilla Beach Resort with two community pools (one heated), large hot tub, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, easy access to all the dining and attractions of Miramar Beach and Destin, and best of all, the largest private beach in the area!

Each bedroom was designed to give you a relaxing and private experience. No matter where you lay your head, you can look forward to comfortable beds, high-quality bedding, and gorgeous views. Each bathroom is sparkling clean and carefully decorated to provide a charming space to freshen up.

Coastal Kiss'd is located in the private, gated Maravilla Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, and features wide sidewalks for walking and biking plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

✹ Pompano Joes, Captain Dave's, Kenny D's, Whales Tail, Bad Ass Coffee, and Pascalli's Kitchen are all within 1 mile away
✹ Cabana Cafe (Open Late!), Royal Palm Grille and Beach Bar, and Surf Hut are all within 2 miles away
✹ Seascape Town Center is ~2 miles away: 2 Birds Cafe, Acme Oyster House, Mezcal Mexican Grill, Moo La-La, Thrills Arcade and Laser Tag

✹ No smoking
✹ No parties or loud music - occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ No golf carts - unfortunately, golf carts are allowed in the Maravilla community.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - in the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: one hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. If you want the peace of mind, I highly recommend purchasing the optional travel insurance at the time of booking. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
